At Penelope Adventures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed for damaged or defective items only.
  • We will issue a refund once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • As we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and you will need to provide your bank account details.

3. Exchange

  • We do not offer exchanges for products at this time.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and photos of the damaged/defective item.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you the instructions for returning the item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during promotions or sales may not be eligible for return.
